What We Make
Dakonte Product Group is a U.S.-based manufacturer of heavy-duty vinyl document protection and display products designed for industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, food service, and institutional environments.
Our core product categories include reusable vinyl document holders, tags and label holders, sign holders, menu covers and color-coded workflow holders used to protect, display, and organize critical information in demanding settings. These products are built for long service life, repeat handling, and environments where disposable or lightweight alternatives fail prematurely.
We can rapidly prototype custom designs for specific functional, purpose-built holders that solve real operational problems not available from retail outlets.
Problems We Help Solve
Our products are used wherever documents must remain visible, organized, protected, and accessible despite exposure to wear, handling, or harsh conditions.
Common challenges we help address include:
- Protecting job tickets, work orders, travelers, permits, and checklists on manufacturing floors
- Displaying safety signage, compliance postings, and instructions in high-traffic areas
- Organizing visual workflows using color coding for Lean, 5S, and Kanban systems
- Mounting documents where wall space, equipment surfaces, or temporary locations vary
- Reducing replacement cycles caused by tearing, cracking, or moisture damage
- Specifying the correct material, size, and mounting method when requirements are unclear
Our role is not just supplying a holder, but helping buyers avoid mis-specification that leads to premature failure or reorders.
How We Work With Buyers
We work directly with procurement, operations, facilities teams and end-users who need reliable products and clear guidance.
As a manufacturer, we support buyers at different stages of specification — whether requirements are fully defined or still evolving. We help evaluate material thickness, construction method, sizing, opening orientation, and mounting options to ensure the final product fits the application and environment needed.
Our production model supports both standard SKUs and custom configurations, including small to mid-volume runs that are often impractical through overseas sourcing or catalog distributors.
Manufacturing Experience That Reduces Risk
With over 40 years of vinyl fabrication, industrial sewing and manufacturing experience, we understand how materials behave over time, how products fail in real environments, and how to design for durability.
That experience allows us to guide buyers toward solutions that meet end-user needs, last longer, have consistent quality and ultimately reduce downstream costs associated with replacement or finding better alternatives.
Our experienced team’s practical product and manufacturing knowledge is available by phone and email to answer questions and help find the best options for specific uses.
